FAQ

Who will I see?

Ben Trousdale, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. He provides thoughtful, goal-oriented care for adults and seniors: individual psychotherapy using Motivational Interviewing, and medication management tailored to you. He specializes in anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, substance use disorders, and related concerns.

Do you offer SPRAVATO?

Yes. SPRAVATO® (esketamine) is an FDA-approved nasal spray for adults with treatment-resistant depression and certain adults with major depressive disorder. It is given in the office under the supervision of a healthcare provider. Patients self-administer the nasal spray and are monitored for at least two hours afterward. A consultation is the way to talk through whether it may be an appropriate option.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. Evaluations, therapy, and follow-up visits are available in the Glendale office and by secure telehealth for adults and seniors across California.

What does a visit cost?

Call or email and we will talk through fees before your visit. A first consultation, to listen, learn what you are looking for, and talk through next steps, is free.

How do I schedule a consultation?

Call (626) 878-0378 or email ben@innerbloommentalhealth.net. If life feels heavy, reach out. A free consultation is enough to begin.

Do I have to be in crisis to reach out?

No. You are not alone, and you do not have to carry it all by yourself. Reach out when you are ready, whether symptoms have been building for a long time or a recent stressor has made daily life heavier.
